The Sioux Falls Family YMCA has announced that it will officially transition its downtown location from a fitness facility to a youth development center, effective December 18, 2017. Government can play a limited role in this, yet should respect and appreciate the community, non-profit, and faith-based organizations already doing great work in our state.
